We are looking forward to sharing our talents, skills and knowledge with you, the Leaders of Tomorrow. You will find our facilitation styles compliment each other providing you with an entertaining and thought-provoking learning experience. We promise to educate and challenge your thinking through three days of activity! See you there! Karin & Brad
Karin’s skills include everything from organizational development (board management; program development, implementation, monitoring and evaluating; policy and procedure development, etc.) to human resource management (performance management – hiring, evaluating, dismissing staff, teambuilding), to financial management (budgeting, fundraising and managing a $2 million dollar capital campaign to build a service center, social enterprise) to public relations and marketing (public speaking, promotion and customer service training). Karin is “All about People!” She appreciates the individual talents, skills and perspective people bring to their work and focuses on their importance in organizational success. Karin strongly believes staff impact an organization’s culture, reputation and financial bottom-line. Karin is energetic, positive, enthusiastic, friendly and compassionate. She believes her strength is in her ability to help make YOUR organization stronger through YOUR greatest resource – YOUR PEOPLE. Karin and her husband Lee live east of Camrose, Alberta. They have two teenage daughters, Amy and Nikky. Lee farms and the girls are active in school and sports while the entire family is devoted to their cattle, horses, dogs and cats to round out their farm life. However, nothing replaces their family and friends for support and friendship.
Brad’s training, knowledge, and experience will provide assistance and a unique approach in many areas of organizational development. Brad’s sense of humour and light hearted approach will add a heavy dose of humour, light-heartedness and fun to enrich the experience. Brad, his lucky wife Jamie, and two teenage daughters Meghan and Alyssa call Sherwood Park home. When not pretending to work, Brad spends his time coaching his daughters in competive fastball and basketball, golfing, playing competive squash or riding the freeway of life on his motorcycle.
