REGISTRATION POLICY:

The registration fee is due at the time of registration. Registration fee is $1,750.00 per person. Prices subject to GST.

A confirmation letter is sent out by email or fax once the registration fee is received. This letter is sent to the person identified as the contact for the organization. The participant is then considered registered.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Course cancellation is accepted without penalty 30 days or more prior to the course running.

29 – 15 days notice – 10% of the registration fee is charged for administration.

15 to 3 days notice - 25% of the registration fee is charged for cancellation.

24 hours to 2 days notice – 50% of the registration fee is charged for cancellation. The remaining 1/2 of the fee will be reimbursed.

No shows at the course are non-refundable.

Should we need to cancel a course, notice will be given as soon as possible and the participant will receive full reimbursement of the course cost.

A $25 fee will be charged on all NSF cheques.
